🙌🏼But the truth is most of the “diet tricks” to lose weight are only scratching the surface of what is going on in your body 

👉🏻Most people are missing one or more of theses components that are critical for lasting weight loss. 
If you’re struggling to lose weight, you’re likely missing one of these in my CORE Method:

CONSISTENCY: you may be doing well during the week and then Friday-Sunday are inconsistent, eating out, drinking alcohol, etc and are no longer in a caloric deficit 

OPTIMIZED FOOD CHOICE: HOW you achieve you calories and macro goals matters. If you’re spiking your insulin with candy, sugar and refined carbohydrates through the day you’ll struggle to lose weight, even when calories are reduced. I focus on shifting carbohydrates and improving food choice for weight loss

RATIOS: Hitting your calorie goals (not eating too much or too little) and hitting your protein goals 

EAT BALANCED MEALS & MEAL PATTERNING: are you skipping meals or eating less in the morning then binging in the second half of the day? How and when you consume food matters to help with reducing cravings and optimizing digestion and absorption 

👉🏻these require specific diet strategies to get your body healthy so you can lose weight easily vs forcing pounds off and gaining it back

We’ve been taught that as we age, we hurt more, but this is not our reality or our client’s reality, and it doesn’t have to be your reality either. 

As we age, we move less. We sit more. We become more cautious with our movements and restrict how much range of motion we move through in our daily life.

And rightfully so. If you’re not used to moving through large ranges of motion, especially under load, there is a chance you’ll hurt yourself.
