Our personal training programs consists of:
Individual & Partner Personal Training – Our customized one-on-one personal training is perfect for beginners, people who have special concerns, injuries or require rehabilitation or for the person who is just looking for a personalized attention. Spouses or friends are welcome to join the session too! Every workout is designed specifically for your goals, needs and desires.
Group Training – Our small groups of 3-6 people will help motivate and encourage you to get one more repetition when you thought you couldn’t do anymore. Group training is a great mix of cardio, strength training, stretching and teamwork. Every workout is new, fresh and exciting. We use a large variety of workout techniques and designs such as HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, and many more. With a variety of group class times available, there is something for every schedule.
Virtual Personal Training – Our Fit From Home virtual personal training is the same great customized product as in-person training but from the comfort of your own home! Being virtual allows flexibility in scheduling times and location without having to take more time out of your day to drive! Even take your workouts on vacation with you!
Virtual Group Training – Our LIVE Zoom Virtual Group Training comes with a challenging workout intensity that will never leave you bored or wanting more. Our experienced trainer thoroughly explains and demonstrates exercises while offering exercise modifications and progressions to match all fitness levels. You will never get tired of our large variety of exercises that focuses on Cardio, Strength, Core and Endurance. Plus, you get to do it from the comfort of your own home!
